PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a current transformer for a current-detection function or the other current detector by detecting a short-circuit current in an inverter arm while detecting a voltage (Ldi/dt) generated by an induced electromotive force generated in a floating inductance L between the inverter arms.
SOLUTION: Twist-paired electric wires are separated one by one so as to be arranged vertically along the inverter arm while being prevented from floating. Each crimping terminal mounted to the terminal end of each electric wire is screw-fastened to the inverter arm so as to be fixed to the inverter arm between a first switching element (IGBT) and a second switching element (IGBT). The generation of short circuits at both ends of a DC voltage power supply by detecting a voltage (Ldi/dt) generated by an induced electromotive force generated in the floating inductance L between the arms connected with the twist-paired electric wires in the inverter arm. The twist-paired electric wires are connected to a short-circuit detection circuit in a gate drive circuit.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
