PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel capable of simplifying a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The plasma display panel comprises: a front substrate 110 and a rear substrate 120 arranged opposingly while being spaced apart; and a first electrode sheet 130 and a second electrode sheet 140 that are laminated between the front and rear substrates and form a plurality of discharge spaces. The first electrode sheet 130 has: a plurality of first metal discharge electrodes 135 formed in a discharge space arranged in a first direction; and an insulating layer 131 that is formed by the same type of metal oxide as that of the first metal discharge electrode 135 and mutually insulates the first metal discharge electrode 135. The second electrode sheet 140 has: a plurality of second metal discharge electrodes 145 for forming a discharge space arranged in a second direction; and an insulating layer 141 that is formed by the same type of metal oxide as that of the second metal discharge electrode 145 and mutually insulates the second metal discharge electrode 145.
