PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion connector capable of restraining infiltration of water into a connecting part between a conductor of a flexible wiring material and a terminal of another connector or the like. SOLUTION: The conversion connector is provided with a retainer 30 retaining a conversion terminal 40, a housing holding the conversion terminal 40 and a flexible wiring material 10, a first waterproof tap 70 capable of being intercalated between a wiring material insertion hole 30a capable of inserting the flexible wiring material 10 fitted to the retainer 30 and the flexible wiring material 10, and a second waterproof tap 80 capable of being intercalated between the housing and the retainer 30. The first waterproof tap 70 is elastically deformed between the cover 60 and a pinching part 30b provided at the retainer 30, and a gap between the wiring material insertion hole 30a and the flexible wiring material 10 is tightly sealed, and at the same time, the second waterproof tap 80 is elastically deformed to tightly seal a gap between the housing 20 and the retainer 30.
