PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control device in which even a user can perform the fluctuation lighting of an illumination loading by an easy operation, the configuration is made to be simple and cheap in a light control device which carries out the light control of the illumination loading. SOLUTION: The light control device 1 includes a light control signal generation unit 5 which is connected to an illumination loading 2 and generates a light control signal for carrying out the light control of the illumination loading 2 based on a light control operation guidance. The light control signal generation unit 5 can perform the light control operation guidance about two or less parameters in light control output, a fluctuation lighting period, and color tone, and is configured so that parameters in which the light control operation guidance is not performed may be automatically established linking with parameters in which the light control operation guidance is performed. Accordingly, a comparatively small number of parameters are adjusted, the fluctuation lighting of the illumination loading 2 can be performed, the operationality for a user is good.
