PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a pellet of a thermoplastic resin composition having high stability in conveyance to a molding machine and measurement.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a pellet of a thermoplastic resin composition, (B) a 0.01-200 pts.wt filler is melted and kneaded with (A) a 100 pts.wt thermoplastic resin, then extruded in a strand shape, and thereafter the strand is received by upper and lower two rolls and cut. In the manufacturing method of the pellet of the thermoplastic resin composition, a strand diameter (d) and a clearance (D) between the two rolls satisfy the relation: (d-D)=1.5-3.4 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
