PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which, when a sheet is formed from liquid containing a relatively large amount of water-containing solid such as cellulose fiber, enables the liquid to be concentrated and/or dried in a short period of time.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a method for producing a sheet is provided which comprises a step of producing a solid content-containing sheet by irradiating solid content-containing liquid applied onto a base material, with pulsed light thereby concentrating and/or drying the liquid. In another embodiment, a method for producing a fiber-containing sheet is provided which comprises a step of producing a fiber-containing sheet by irradiating fiber-containing liquid applied onto a base material, with pulsed light thereby concentrating and/or drying the liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
