PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful insect-resistance plant body having the ability to biosynthesize pyripyropene and the like which has insecticidal action.SOLUTION: A plant body in which the genes encoding the enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of pyripyropene and the like are introduced can be acquired by introducing a polynucleotide encoding at least one kind of polypeptide involved in the biosynthesis of pyripyropene A or a recombinant vector comprising it into the plant body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
