The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for cooling lipolysis for removing a bruise mark, and more specifically, the method includes the steps of: arranging a suction unit, formed as a socket shape and having an accommodation space therein to suck an object to the inside of the accommodation space, at a target region of a lipolysis object; adsorbing, by operating a vacuum suction unit installed to communicate with an inner ceiling of the suction unit for generating a vacuum pressure inside the accommodation space, the target region onto an inner side wall of the accommodation space of the suction unit with a first vacuum pressure; cooling, by operating a heat exchanging unit mounted on both inner walls of the suction unit facing each other and having a heat exchanging plate for exchanging heat by closely contacting a thermoelement, the target region adsorbed inside the accommodation space of the suction unit for a predetermined time; adsorbing the target region to the vacuum suction unit with a second vacuum pressure lower than the first vacuum pressure; and heating the target region adsorbed inside the accommodation space of the suction unit for a predetermined time by changing a polarity of a power applied to the thermoelement. According to the present invention as described above, the target region is adsorbed for the predetermined time to perform the cooling lipolysis and heat is applied to the target region to remove the bruise mark appearing on the target region, so that damage on a skin is reduced. Moreover, an adsorptive power on the target region is decompressed to improve blood flow in order to remove the bruise mark, and the heat exchanging plate applying the heat to the target region is placed near a surface of the target region, so that removing the bruise mark is easily achieved. |
