The present invention relates to a locking device used as a directional signal for a bicycle and, more specifically, relates to a locking device used as a directional signal for a bicycle, capable of being used as a directional signal for a bicycle and also used as a locking device when the bicycle is parked. To this end, the present invention includes: a remote controller including a transmitting unit receiving a directional command from a driver to transmit the command through a wireless signal; a body assembly including a display unit receiving the wireless signal from the transmitting unit to indicate a movement direction; a shackle hinged with both sides of the body assembly, and formed to surround and lock an object from both sides; and a pair of clamps formed to fix the object to both free ends of the shackle, and including a tightening yoke protruding from a side and including a fixing hole.
