According to the present invention, a tensioner structure capable of double tension control comprises: a vertical tension control unit including a bearing coming in contact with a belt to generate tension, a support bar to support the bearing, a compression spring to generate tension by pushing the support bar upward, and a fixing jig to fixate the support bar, on which the bearing is fixated, and the compression spring; and a horizontal tension control unit including fixing brackets installed on the sides of the fixing jig of the vertical tension control unit, a moving rail formed in the shape of a screw to penetrate the fixing brackets and the fixing jig and to move the vertical tension control unit to the sides by rotation, and a fixing stopper installed on the bottom of the fixing jig to affix the fixing jig in the current position. Therefore, the bearing coming in contact with the belt by the compression spring always pushes the belt upward and generates a certain tension, and the horizontal tension control unit is able to move the vertical tension control unit to the sides. Accordingly, additional tension control is possible due to the horizontal movement of the part coming in contact with the bearing. |
