PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature transfer unit which easily carries a storage object in a low-temperature storage chamber inexpensively with a simple configuration while avoiding the deterioration of the storage object due to temperature rise.SOLUTION: A low-temperature transfer unit 10 transfers a storage object C, while maintaining a low-temperature state, between a low-temperature storage chamber 50 for storing the storage object C at a low temperature and a low-temperature transportation box 60 for transporting the storage object C at the low-temperature. The low-temperature transfer unit 10 comprises: a transfer rack 20 having a holding part 22 for holding the storage object C; a cold insulation cover 30 detachably mounted to the transfer rack 20; and a latch stage 40 installed in the low-temperature storage chamber 50.
