The invention relates to a method for the extrusion blow moulding of a container (2) of thermoplastic material with at least one lead-through (4) through a wall (1) of the container (2), wherein the method comprises the provision of an insert (3) of a thermoplastic material, which has a lead-through, the introduction of a preform of thermoplastic material into a blow mould with a mould cavity, which defines the contour of the container, the moulding of the preform within the mould cavity, wherein the preform encloses the insert (3) on the mould cavity side and is welded to the insert, the removal of the container (2) from the blow mould and the making of an opening in the wall (1) of the container (2) by means of a tool that is passed through the lead-through of the insert (3) from the outside. The invention also relates to an extrusion blow-moulded container of thermoplastic material. |
