<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesion double-coated tape for fixing an abrasive, stably exhibiting strong adhesive strength and strong shear adhesive strength to a polishing pad even under a heated environment, especially a polishing pad composed of a rigid urethane foam, removable from a platen with the polishing pad, and having strong resistance to polishing agent slurry. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated tape for fixing the abrasive 1 includes a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 laminated on one face of a base material and has a strong pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 on the other face of the base material, wherein the strong pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer resin with 60 wt.% or below diblock component as a base resin and containing a petroleum-based resin and a terpene resin with 100°C or below softening point as tackifier resins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
