PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smooth acceleration to be carried out without having any complex inner structure of a shaft.SOLUTION: A multistage change gear 5 comprises a plurality of drive gears 16a to 16f arranged at a counter-shaft 6, a plurality of driven gears 18a to 18f engaged with the drive gears 16a to 16f, respectively, dog rings 20a to 20c for changing-over a mechanical connection or a mechanical non-connection between a drive shaft 7 and each of the driven gears 18a to 18f, and one-way clutches 17a to 17f arranged between the counter-shaft 6 and the drive gears 16a to 16f. The one-way clutches 17a to 17f transmit rotation of the counter-shaft 6 to the drive gears 16a to 16f when rotation of the counter-shaft 6 is faster than that of the drive gears 16a to 16f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
