PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and quickly create a network model without carrying out a three-dimensional operation.SOLUTION: A network simulation device of the present invention receives input of first plane information that is positional information projecting a network on a coordinate plane having arbitrary two dimensions out of three dimensions as coordinate axes, creates network model information in which a coordinate value of the remaining one dimension is unknown on the basis of the received first plane information, receives an element having the unknown coordinate value that is selected by a user out of the elements appearing in the first plane information, receives input of second plane information that is positional information projecting a network on a coordinate plane having arbitrary two dimensions including the remaining one dimension as coordinate axes, and determines a numeric value of the unknown coordinate value of the selected element for the created network model information on the basis of the received second plane information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
