Provided is a cooking utensil for cutting food materials into a predetermined wave shape. A cooking utensil is provided with a grip and a cutting blade which is mounted to the grip. The cutting blade is formed from a wave-shaped plate-like member having mountain sections and valley sections which cut deeper into a food material to be cut than the mountain sections, the mountain sections and valley sections being alternated in the direction perpendicular to the direction of cutting work. |
