<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warn lint occlusion of a draining groove to a user as the result of motor starting defect abnormality when the same occurs during dehydration to solve the disadvantage. <P>SOLUTION: In the case where unbalance abnormality of laundries is detected by an unbalance detecting means 17 or in the case where the motor starting defect abnormality is detected by the output of a rotation number detecting means 25 in the dehydration operation, the operation for dehydration is stopped and the operation of correct rinsing step is carried out in the case where the sum of the respective abnormality detecting number of times is lower than predetermined number of times of two times or more, and the operation is stopped to display the abnormality in the case where the sum is more than the predetermined number of times, and the water drainage abnormality is displayed in the case where finally detected abnormality is the motor starting defect abnormality.
