摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving device capable of suppressing current variation due to switching between presence or absence of synchronous rectification control.SOLUTION: A driver circuit part 10 of a motor drive device 1, having a plurality of pairs of bridge-connected transistors 11 to 14 and reflux diodes 21 to 24 connected in parallel to the transistors 11 to 14, drives a motor 80 by converting power of a DC power supply 50 by turning on/off the transistors 11 to 14. A control part 40 controls on/off operation of the transistors 11 to 14. A state in which synchronous rectification control is performed by complementarily turning on/off at least one pair of transistors, is defined as synchronous rectification state, and a state in which the synchronous rectification control is not performed, is defined as asynchronous rectification state. The control part 40 includes a variation suppression part 42. The variation suppression part 42 suppresses current variation due to switching from the synchronous rectification state or the asynchronous rectification state to the other state. Thus, current variation due to switching between presence or absence of the synchronous rectification can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
