BI-SR-CA-O-BASED SUPERCONDUCTING THIN FILM AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the subject film suitable for making Josephson junction devices, three-terminal devices, etc., with its (119)-plane selectively grown and oriented in relation to a substrate surface. CONSTITUTION:The objective superconducting thin film with its (119)-plane selectively grown in relation to the surface of a substrate consisting of ABO3- type oxide [110] single crystal having perovskite structure. This film can be obtained by film formation on the substrate through chemical vapor growth technique. This film is very useful for Josephson junction devices, three-terminal devices, etc.
