摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an electrolyte supplying device easy to fill fibers, hardly leaked with a liquid, and not reduced with the electric insulation performance by filling hydrophilic fibers for an electrolyte into a supply pipe while the portion lower than the liquid level of a supply tank on the discharge side is left. CONSTITUTION:A conducting-filler such as carbon fibers having a hydrophilic property to the phosphoric acid of an electrolyte 9 is filled as a liquid exhaustion preventing means 25 in the range from the suction end 21A of a supply pipe 21 to the L2 level higher than the liquid level L1 of the electrolyte reservoir of a discharge side trailing section. The electrolyte 9 in a supply tank 21 is shifted with no liquid exhaustion via the sucking action by the capillary tube phenomenon of the filler 25 at the rising portion of the supply pipe 21. The supplying function to a matrix 3 with low resistance is obtained by the water head difference HD of the electrolyte 9 at the trailing portion where no filler 25 is filled. The insertion length of the filler 25 into the supply pipe 21 can be shortened, and the labor and time of the work can be saved that much.
