CONSTITUTION:A magnet 21 for HCD-type ion-plating apparatus is stored into a watertight protecting container 22 comprising nonmagnetic, corrosion-resisting material and provided in the hollow part on the lower surface of a hearth 23. The inside of the protecting container 22 is vacuumized. |
