PURPOSE: A ventilating device is provided to avoid arrangement of a duct, to reduce the size of a blowing box, and to decrease a noise generated from an air blowing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A ventilating device comprises:a blowing box(100) formed as a rectangular shape for containing a cylindrical shaped establishing aperture(111) inside along the longitudinal direction of the ventilating closure; a sound absorbing plate(200) fixed in one end unit of the ventilating closure; an air blowing apparatus(300) fixed by being inserted to the inside of the establishing aperture of the ventilating closure; and a wind guide duct(400) bolt fixed to the other end wall of the ventilating closure for penetrating to the air blowing apparatus. Herein, the sound absorbing plate is provided to reduce the noise generated while absorbing air by the air blowing apparatus installed in the establishing aperture of the ventilating closure and the noise generated while driving an air blowing fan(333) installed in the air blowing apparatus for transmitting to the outside.
