PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe therapeutic agent for prostatic hyperplasia enabling ready administration and having little adverse effect. SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption cataplasm is characterized by including an allylestrenol as an ingredient having pharmacodynamic effect and particularly, a rubber-based tacky base, an acrylic tacky base or a water- containing tacky base has good solubility to allylestrenol. The preparation increases a medicine absorption amount from the preparation to skin in a part to which the cataplasm is administered and improves availability of the medicine by using the base as a base component for cataplasm and further, adding an absorption promoter thereto.
