PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device that keeps winding and pulling out property of a webbing, has a large degree of freedom of setting a webbing outlet, and has high degree of freedom of storing of a retractor. SOLUTION: Intermediate guides 20 of one or a plurality of webbings are disposed between an outlet position 213 of the webbing 2 and a winding starting position W of the webbing. Even when the webbing outlet position 213 is set corresponding to a car body design, contact with the other member of the webbing 2, a body panel, or the like can be avoided.
