PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser handpiece and laser therapeutic apparatus with an improved operativity capable of easily changing an irradiation direction of a laser light by a single hand during therapy. SOLUTION: The laser handpiece that irradiates the laser light from the source of therapeutic laser light to an affected region wherein a light route having a twisted forefront and a grip to be held by an operator is formed inside the handpiece body and a tube that leads the laser light which is axially and rotatively fixed around an axis of the above twisted forefront and is equipped with an laser light leading tube provided with a mirror that leads the laser light lead from the handpiece body to the outside through an opening made in the neighborhood of a terminal side, a rotational knob installed in the above grip side that axially rotates therein and a rotation transmitter that alters a rotational direction of the rotational knob to an axial direction of the twisted forefront so as to transmit the rotational force to the laser light leading tube. |
