PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely seal an opening and closing valve at all times, to simplify a constitution as much as possible, and to easily perform the assembling and maintenance check.

SOLUTION: This opening and closing valve device comprises a pipe joint main body member 11 provided with a pressurized fluid supply channel 12 in its hollow inside along an axis, and an opening and closing valve main body member 21 assembled in the pipe joint main body member 11 and comprising a valve opening and closing operation means 25 for cutting off or releasing the circulation of the pressurized fluid supplied through the supply channel 12. A valve sealing mechanism 31 for pressurizing and sealing the opening and closing valve 23 is assembled in the opening and closing valve main body member 21.
