<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile music reproducing apparatus for protecting contents of music data by encrypting or decrypting the music data. <P>SOLUTION: A music data transmitter 100 encrypts music data stored in a music data storage medium 200 and outputs the encrypted data to an ear mount music reproducing apparatus 300. The music data storage medium 200 stores the music data and fingerprint data of a user. The ear mount music reproducing apparatus 300 receives, decrypts and reproduces the encrypted music data outputted from the music data transmitter 100. A music data storage medium reader / writer 400 is connected to the music data storage medium 200 and a personal computer 500, and records the music data outputted from the personal computer 500 to the music data storage medium 200.
