PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance high operation reliability, to facilitate assembling and to miniaturize a device by using a power generating device of a structure projecting a piston member by a gas generation means for suddenly increasing internal pressure of a cylinder and energizing the piston member in the projecting direction by a spring. SOLUTION: A power generating device 8 has a cylinder 13 fixed to a sheet frame via a casing, a piston main body 11a received so that it may appear or disappear within an inner hole 13a of the cylinder 13 and a gas generating device 14 as a gas generation means received to a base end side, than the piston main body 11a. Between the piston main body 11a and the gas generating device 14, a seal member 15 having elasticity and a compressive oil spring 16 are interposed and always energize towards the piston main body 11a operating direction (projecting direction). The seal member 15 is allowable if it has elasticity in an axis direction and is capable of surely preventing the leakage when gas is generated. |
