A workshop jig for a glass-cutter measures the gap (W) between the edge of a glass panel and the surrounding window frame (2). The jig has an upright tray interface (3) for the glass panel (1) and two swing-levers (8) locating in the gap (W). The levers swing on pivots (6). Opposite pairs of swing-levers are linked and synchronized by a spring-operated transverse member to open and close in unison, centering the class panel for measurement and trimming.
