An apparatus for sterilizing the interior of a vehicle is provided to embody the sterilization function with minimum costs and to effectively process the fragrance spraying using changeable fragrance container and existing ventilator. The apparatus for sterilizing the interior of a vehicle includes a ventilator having a motor(121) with a fan and an air flowing path(122) an antiseptic solution provider having a placer(112) for placing a changeable antiseptic solution container(111) and a first valve(113) for controlling the emission and blocking of the antiseptic solution; an operator(130) for receiving various commands from a user; and a controller(140) for, if a sterilization command is input, opening the first valve(113) to emit the antiseptic solution to the interior of the vehicle, blocking the first valve(113) after a lapse of a predetermine time, and then driving the fan motor(121) of the ventilator to emit the air inside of the vehicle to the outside.
