A clothes drying device is provided to prevent clothes from being damaged and decolorized when drying laundry in the high temperature by installing dehumidifier and dryer units. A clothes drying device comprises a dehumidifier unit(50) for removing moisture in the air; and a dryer unit(100) one side of which is connected to the dehumidifier unit, and drying laundry with the low temperature of dry air discharged from the dehumidifier unit. The dehumidifier unit comprises: a cabinet formed with an air inlet(54) and an air discharging outlet; a heat exchanger(68) mounted in the cabinet; a compressor(70) connected to the heat exchanger to compress the circulated coolant; and a blower(62) for discharging the air heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger. The dryer unit comprises: a casing(110) formed with an inlet(111) and a discharging outlet(112); a clothes hanger(120) installed in the casing; and a blowing device(130) for discharging the air brought from the inlet to the discharging outlet.
