PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of preventing a string-like conduction member for tying a member for receiving a current with a member for emitting light, on the basis of the current from being cut off. SOLUTION: An implement is constituted of the member 10, including a circuit section 11 for receiving the externally supplied current; a light-emitting member 20 for emitting light on the basis of the current; a string member 16, whose one end is fixed by the member 10 and whose other end is fixed by the light emission member 20; and a conductor member 15 for conducting the current received by the member 10 (circuit section 11) to the light-emitting member 20. Further, one end of the conductor member 15 is fixed by the member 10, the other end of the conductor member 15 is fixed at the side of the light-emitting member 20, and the conductor member 15 from its one end toward the other end has a shape for drawing a spiral around the string member 16.
