The wind-power plant has cone-shaped rotor blades (1) connected with a rotor hub (2) by a bolt connection (7). A blade contact surface (6) of a root region (4) of each rotor blade is formed opposite to a blade axle around a blade cone angle (alpha), while maintaining an inclined position of the bolt connection for the rotor blade in relation to another blade contact surface (5) of the rotor hub or a pitch bracket (3). The bolt connection is a t-bolt-connection with transverse bolt and expanded bolt.
