PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk rotor which inhibits occurrence of a brake noise effectively. SOLUTION: There is provided the ventilated disk rotor 1 wherein an outer disc section 3 which carries out slide-contact to an outer pad and an inner disc section 4 which carries out slide-contact to an inner pad are integrally connected with a plurality of cooling fins 5 extended radially in a diameter direction forming a sliding panel part 2. In a couple of positions along one diameter L, ventilating hole 6 formed between the cooling fins 5 is plugged up, and a solid section 2a is formed. An indentation 2b is formed in a radial direction so that it escapes on the sliding panel section 2 periphery edge to a slide contact surface with a pad of the solid section 2a.
