<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the exfoliation and damage of an ink flow path forming member provided on a recording element substrate of an inkjet recording head, and to mount the recording element substrate to a supporting member in an appropriate state. <P>SOLUTION: On one face 100a of the recording element substrate 100, the ink flow path forming member 109 is provided and an extending region R1 extending outward from the ink flow path forming member 109 is formed. While the extending region R1 is pressed by a tool 50, by joining a first terminal 124 of the recording element substrate 100 and an electrode terminal 202 of a supporting substrate 200, it becomes possible to avoid the damage of the ink flow path forming member 109 by the tool 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
