<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which suppresses the increase of an alloy cost and has both excellent mechanical properties and magnetic properties that are required to a rotor of a rapidly rotating motor, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet for the rotor includes, by mass%, 0.06% or less of C, 3.5% or less of Si, 0.05 to 3.0% of Mn, more than 2.5 to 6.0% of Al, 0.30% or less of P, 0.04% or less of S, 0.02% or less of N, more than 0.02% Nb, further Nb, Ti, Zr and V in such ranges as to satisfy the expression of Nb/93+Zr/91+Ti/48+V/51-(C/12+N/14)≤0, and the balance Fe with impurities; wherein a recrystallized portion is controlled to less than 90% by an area ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
