<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make help information prepared beforehand changeable according to user's convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A digital composite machine 100 acquires a position marker showing position on tree structure of help information prepared beforehand, adds an equipment name and version information to it, and transmits them to a help server 403.
