PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alert a driver when the driver runs the vehicle unconsciously out of the ordinary manner. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle navigation device 1 memorizes previous patterns of operations made by drivers as old operation patterns. At the end of parking, the on-vehicle navigation device collects the park end time, the parking period, and the parking location as the parking data, analyzes the map data and the parking data, identifies the facility used by the driver to park as a using facility, checks the old operation pattern assuming the driver started to drive from the specified using the facility towards a destination and a present operation pattern the driver starts to drive from the parking location to the destination, and alerts when these operation patterns do not match.
