PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which can secure a stator fixing force even in an environment of an intense temperature change while loss torque is reduced. SOLUTION: The brushless motor is provided with a stator, a steel case storing the stator formed by press working and a rotor which is installed inside the stator so that it can freely rotate. A case of the motor to which annealing treatment is applied after press working is used as the case. Residual stress caused in the case due to press working is released by the annealing treatment, and the loss torque of the motor accompanied by residual stress is decreased. Since the stator can directly be fixed into the case by burning or press fitting without a non-magnetic body, the deterioration of a stator fixing force can also be prevented.
