PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To an air gap between a stator and a rotor smaller by making a bearing supporting the rotor and a stator to be coaxial and stably holding them without inclination of the bearing. SOLUTION: The PM-type stepping motor 1 includes two sets of stators 2 having inner yokes 6 having a plurality of pole teeth and outer yokes 7 having a plurality of pole teeth, the rotor 3 which has a rotor magnet 10 fixed to a shaft 9 and which is rotatably arranged on an inner side of the stator and a pair of bearings 19 and 20 which rotatably support the rotor. A bobbin 13 is integrally formed by resin forming by overlapping a pair of inner yokes back to back. Flanges 14 are formed at end faces by overlapping a pair of inner yokes back to back by resin forming. The pole teeth of the inner yokes are covered with resin 12 except for a face confronted with the rotor magnet. Projections 17 which project to tips of the pole teeth of the inner yokes from the end faces of the flanges and which are connected to the flanges are simultaneously formed.
