PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cereal beverage and a production method therefor for which an unspecified number of people become drinkable and which can be produced stably and in energy saving manner, and in which the precipitation can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The method includes: a first process for inputting a brown rice flour, a raw Azuki bean pulverized Azuki bean flour, and a glutinous rice flour into a heated water, and agitating the same; a second process for inputting a roasted granular adlay and a roasted granular brown rice into a water, and agitating as well as boiling the same; and a third process for cooling what was boiled in the second process, by using a water at 8°C to 15°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
