PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a wind reducing effect without widening an installation space of a windbreaking installation that reduces wind speed against deposited materials or the like.SOLUTION: A windbreaking installation 1 against deposited materials or the like comprises: a windbreaking member 2 which reduces wind speed; and a plurality of attaching members 3 to which the windbreaking member 2 is attached, in which the windbreaking member 2 attached between attaching members 3, 3 has different opening ratio in an upper part 2a and a lower part 2b of the windbreaking member 2, and the opening ratio of the lower part 2b of the windbreaking member 2 is smaller than opening ratio of the upper part 2a of the windbreaking member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
