Disclosed is a gas protecting tube reinforcement processing apparatus. According to the present invention, the gas protecting tube reinforcement processing apparatus performs reinforcement processing of a gas protecting tube, comprising: a plurality of transfer rollers guiding a corrugated pipe to enter vertically downwards; an insulation pipe formed in a cylindrical shape, and installed in a direction vertical to the ground, penetrating the corrugated pipe from top to bottom along an internal center axis; a high frequency heating apparatus installed in a lower part of the insulation pipe, surrounding the insulation pipe in a ratio established to a length of the insulation pipe, heating an inside of the insulation pipe at high temperatures equal to a setting temperature or above using a high frequency; and a cooling apparatus which cools a corrugated pipe heated by the high frequency heating apparatus rapidly using cooling water. The gas protecting tube reinforcement processing apparatus is able to prevent corrosion of the gas protecting tube, and is able to increase a strength thereof; and is able to simplify a manufacturing process of the gas protecting tube, and is able to reduce manufacturing costs thereof. |
