PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a light emitting module which achieves improvement of the reliability, and to provide a light emitting module and a lighting device.SOLUTION: A substrate for a light emitting module according to one embodiment includes: a substrate presenting a plate shape; a wiring part provided on a surface of the substrate and including silver: a coating part covering a part of the wiring part; and a barrier part which covers at least an area near a periphery of the wiring part which is exposed from the coating part and contains a material which does not easily react to sulfur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
