PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a connection body capable of inspecting the quality of a connection body in which a thin first member and a thin second member are connected, without deforming the connection body.SOLUTION: An inspect method of a connection body inspects connection of a connection body in which a first member and a second member are connected. The connection body includes: a first connection part that connects the outer peripheral edges of the first and second members in an annular manner; a second connection part that is provided inward with respect to the outer peripheral edge, and partially connects the first member and the second member; and an opening part facing outward from a space part included between the first member and the second member. In a storage step of the inspection method, a storage unit holds and stores the connection body in a storage space part. In an injection step, an injection unit injects inspection media for inspection to the storage space part. In a detection step, a detection unit is connected to the storage space part, and detects, among the inspection media, a first inspection medium flowing out to the outside of the opening part through the space part from a connection failure portion of the first connection part of the connection body, and a second medium passing through a connection failure portion of the second connection part of the connection body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
