PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency without causing dew condensation in an invertor.SOLUTION: A compressor 1 compresses a refrigerant flowing in an inhalation pipe 2 and a discharge pipe 9. An electric power conversion system 3 drives the compressor 1. The electric power conversion system 3 comprises: an inverse transformer 62 and a substrate 5. The inverse transformer 62 uses a silicon carbide element. The substrate 5 mounts the silicon carbide element. One surface 1a which becomes a high temperature of the compressor 1, the inverse transformer 62, the substrate 5, and the discharge pipe 9 are disposed in this order in a line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
