PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component having sufficient light transmissivity as well as a superior antistatic property, and to provide a watch having the same.SOLUTION: An optical component P10 comprises a base material P1, and a film P2 containing silica particles P21 and conductive transparent metal oxide particles P22, the conductive transparent metal oxide particles P22 being made of SnOand having a number-based average diameter of 0.8-5.0 nm, inclusive. Content X(vol.%) of the silica particles P21 in the film P2 and content X(vol.%) of the conductive transparent metal oxide particles P22 in the film P2 satisfy a relationship expressed as; 0.003≤X/X≤0.12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
