The present invention is a method of fabricating a microneedle-shaped engraved mold, the method comprising the following: a first step for providing a silicone mold which includes a silicon substrate having mutually communicating first and second inner spaces, wherein the cross-sectional surface areas of the first inner space and the second inner space do not increase going towards the lower part thereof, and the second inner space is connected to the first inner space and thereby communicates with the outside of the silicon substrate; a second step for forming a polymer material layer on the silicone mold so as to fill the first inner space and the second inner space, and curing the polymer material layer and releasing the same from the silicone mold to produce an embossed replica mold; and a third step for forming and curing a polymer material layer on the embossed replica mold and releasing the polymer material layer from the embossed replica mold to produce an engraved replica mold.
