The present invention relates to an analysis of polymorphism in a swine leukocyte antigen (SLA)-MIC2 gene and consists of: a method for analyzing polymorphism of a MIC2 gene by PCR amplification of a specific region in genomic DNA extracted from tissue of seven different swine breeds and sequencing; and a novel allele of SLA-MIC2 analyzed by the method. According to the present invention, the method helps provide useful information for studying a relationship between the SLA-MIC2 gene and immune response and immune-mediated diseases by typing the SLA-MIC2 gene having polymorphism through a simple process. |
