The present invention relates to the field of communications, and provided in an embodiment of the present invention are data transmission method and apparatus. When devices in a licensed-assisted access using long term evolution (LAA-LTE) system access an unlicensed spectrum and collide with each other, the apparatus in the present invention effectively reduces probability of collision again. When a first device accesses a channel in the unlicensed spectrum to transmit data and collides with another device, the first device is configured to adjust detection moment or detection times for clear channel assessment (CCA) of the channel in the unlicensed spectrum; according to the adjusted detection moment or detection times for CCA of the channel in the unlicensed spectrum, the first device is configured to access the channel in the unlicensed spectrum to transmit data. The data transmission method and apparatus are applied in data transmission. |
